We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Almada. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Conducting site visits to gather information on existing structures and assess potential design constraints
- Utilizing CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Researching building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with local laws
- Providing technical advice on materials, construction methods, and building systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
