We are seeking a talented and experienced Florist Supervisor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our flower shop and leading a team of florists to create stunning arrangements for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of florists in creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure quality control for all floral designs
- Create unique and visually appealing displays for the shop
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with client inquiries and orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a florist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Good understanding of inventory management and ordering processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own valid visa for working in Norway. This position is suitable for both men and women.
