We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating delicious drinks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing equipment, and following established recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient service while taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and answering any questions about our products
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized by regularly cleaning equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, and floors
- Stock inventory as needed to ensure availability of all items on the menu
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
