Milling Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate must have prior experience operating milling machines and possess strong technical knowledge of the equipment. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality results
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines
- Strong technical knowledge of milling machines and related tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality products
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Benefits:
In addition to the salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees. This includes a private room with basic amenities such as a bed, closet, and access to shared facilities such as a kitchen and bathroom. We also provide assistance with obtaining a work visa for non-Kenyan applicants.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines is required for this position.

Education Requirements:
No specific education requirements are necessary, but preference will be given to candidates with relevant technical training or certification.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Nationality Preference:
Filipino candidates are preferred for this position.
