Moderator (English Speaking) - Vianden, Luxembourg


As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality of online discussions and interactions within a specific community or platform. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. You will need to have a keen understanding of online etiquette and be able to enforce community guidelines in a fair and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions within the online community or platform
- Ensure that all content posted by users follows community guidelines
- Engage with users to foster a positive and respectful environment
- Identify and report any inappropriate or malicious behavior
- Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance when needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve community engagement and resolve issues

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both online and offline
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and social media platforms
- Previous experience in moderating or managing an online community is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, based on 40 hours per week.

Location:
This job is located in Vianden, Luxembourg. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Luxembourg.
