Data Analyst

A rapidly growing company in Ashdod is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from multiple sources
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on data insights
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working with large datasets using Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis
