We are a leading retail company seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the visual appeal of our products in store, ensuring that they are accurately displayed and well-stocked. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement merchandising strategies for maximum sales impact
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product displays are accurate, visually appealing, and meet brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of product sales and inventory levels
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using technology such as tablets or smartphones for reporting purposes
- Fluency in English is required
