Merchandiser for Retail Store in Izhevsk

Our retail store in Izhevsk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store always has well-stocked shelves and visually appealing displays. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1100$. We welcome both Indian and foreign applicants, as long as they are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise shipments
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and displays
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers
- Ensure all products are properly labeled with prices and information
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items from shelves
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan promotions and sales events
- Communicate with suppliers to track orders and address any issues or delays
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess product placement and visual appeal

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work full-time including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform other physical tasks as needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail industry is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus
