Information Technology Manager


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Information Technology Manager to join our team in Multan. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. You will work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that support the company's overall objectives
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and updates
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure our company remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management roles
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Multan, but candidates from other cities within Pakistan are also welcome to apply.
