Experienced Handyman for Residential Property Maintenance in Almada

We are a property management company seeking an experienced handyman to join our team in Almada. As a handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks for our residential properties. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Fluent in Portuguese; basic knowledge of English is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on properties and address any issues promptly
- Perform repairs and installations as needed (e.g. fixing leaks, installing light fixtures)
- Paint interiors and exteriors of properties as needed
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Communicate with property managers to ensure timely completion of tasks

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. This position does not include accommodation.
