We are a dynamic and growing creative agency in Medina, seeking a talented Art Director from India to join our team. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects, from concept development to final execution. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative individual who is passionate about design and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including print, digital, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all visual assets are on-brand and visually appealing
- Present ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Provide direction, feedback, and guidance to junior designers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our work remains innovative and effective

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently
- A keen eye for detail and passion for creating visually stunning designs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
