Restaurant Manager - El-Ain, Egypt


The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant in El-Ain, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Create schedules for staff that meet business needs while also considering employee availability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
