Truck Driver

We are in need of a competent and reliable Truck Driver to join our team in Remish. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck and delivering goods to various locations. You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Prior experience in truck driving is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Inspect truck before and after trips, reporting any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and logbook for mileage, fuel consumption, etc.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries
- Follow safety procedures at all times and ensure cargo is secured properly

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role (preferred)
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and ability to maneuver large vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Good communication skills in order to interact with dispatchers, customers, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs welcome)
