Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Lom is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position open to Indian nationals and no English language skills are required. We welcome freshers who are interested in learning and growing in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running correctly
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and other relevant data
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to set up machines accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment is preferred
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Lom, but we welcome Indian nationals who are interested in relocating for this opportunity.
