As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete construction, including pouring, smoothing, and finishing surfaces. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up equipment and materials
- Pour concrete into forms or directly onto surfaces according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete using various tools such as trowels, screeds, or floats
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring to enhance the appearance of concrete surfaces
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces using patching compounds or other materials
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust pouring techniques accordingly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with different types of concrete and their uses
- Knowledge of mixing ratios and pour times
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project instructions
- Strong attention to detail
