Preservation Architect (Nepali)


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings, structures, and sites. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as knowledge of historical preservation guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and sites to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop detailed plans and designs for preservation projects, taking into account historical significance and structural integrity
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure successful execution of preservation projects
- Source materials that match the original design and aesthetics of the structure being restored
- Monitor progress and provide guidance during the construction phase to ensure adherence to preservation standards
- Prepare reports documenting the preservation process and any changes made to the original design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural preservation or restoration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software
- Familiarity with national and international historical preservation guidelines and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
1500$ per month

This is a part-time position suitable for men who are passionate about preserving our cultural heritage. English language proficiency is not required for this role.
