Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. You will also be involved in testing and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is required. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who possess their own visa.

As an Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Designing electrical systems based on project requirements
- Developing specifications for electrical components and equipment
- Conducting tests to ensure safety and functionality of electrical systems
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and providing solutions
- Collaborating with other engineers and team members on projects
- Staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations
- Providing technical support to clients as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical engineering
- Knowledge of industry standards such as NEC, IEC, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
