Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience, a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation and free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring quality service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement cost-saving strategies to increase profitability
- Train new employees and maintain high standards of performance among current staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred
