Sales Manager - Bungoma, Kenya


We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to meet and exceed company targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee daily operations, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast future sales projections
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products/services
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve their knowledge and skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Philippines or other Southeast Asian countries
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
