We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries and concerns through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. This is a full-time position specifically open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various online channels while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Actively listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternative options when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures for better customer experience.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Los Angeles with a valid visa.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
