Job Title: Senior Architect - Akron, Ohio, USA



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Akron, Ohio. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet all technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project needs and develop design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance when needed.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in compliance with design plans.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an architect.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
