We are in need of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
