Experienced Formworker


We are a reputable construction company in the US, and we are seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for setting up and building temporary structures for concrete placement on construction sites. This is a contract job with a salary of $1700 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Layout and assemble formwork using various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions
- Install formwork for foundations, walls, columns, beams, and other concrete structures
- Place concrete into the formwork and ensure it is level and aligned
- Strip the formwork after the concrete has cured
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints accurately
- Skilled in using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble formwork materials
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems such as traditional timber or modern aluminum systems
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces

Location:
This is a contract job based in the US. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the country.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per week for this position.
