Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Acre. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all stages of construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop project plans and designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare reports on project progress, including any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards
- Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide guidance when needed
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, techniques, and equipment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed
- Valid professional engineering license is required
