Crane Operator


We are looking for a skilled and reliable Crane Operator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects according to specific instructions. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Interpret load charts and follow instructions from supervisors or signalers
- Maneuver loads into position using controls and levers
- Monitor weather conditions and make adjustments accordingly
- Communicate with ground crew via radio or hand signals
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and maintenance tasks
- Assist with setting up and dismantling cranes as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator or similar role preferred but not required
- Valid crane operator license or certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Familiarity with load charts and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on safety
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
