Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Funchal. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the exterior surfaces of buildings. This includes inspecting and repairing any damage to walls, windows, and other facade elements, as well as ensuring that all safety measures are followed during installation and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades and identify any damage or needed repairs
- Repair any damaged facades using appropriate tools and materials
- Follow all safety protocols while working on facades at various heights
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Biometric passport for international travel (if necessary)
- Must have own transportation to job sites within the city

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. As a facade technician, you may be required to work weekends or evenings depending on project deadlines. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Funchal.
