Job Title: IT Manager

We are in search of a highly experienced and qualified IT Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our company's IT systems
- Oversee network security measures and ensure data protection
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
