Handyman for Contract Work in Kaunas (Indian Applicants Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman for contract work in Kaunas. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including general repairs, maintenance, and installations. This is an English-speaking job, so fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance checks and repairs
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Installing fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed
- Assisting with renovations and remodeling projects
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used in repairs and maintenance work
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
