Part-Time Sales Manager
We are a leading sales company based in Svalbard, seeking a part-time Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet their targets and improve performance
- Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and industry developments
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
