Senior Architect for International Architecture Firm in Kaunas



We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our international architecture firm based in Kaunas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design to construction documentation
- Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and oversee project progress
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members during the construction phase
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology
