Office Assistant - Administrative Support Specialist (Alta, Norway)


We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office staff and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules and appointments, organizing and maintaining files, ordering office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has excellent communication skills.
