Barista - Indian Nationals Only (Dubai)


We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as a Barista in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. This is a great opportunity for those with a passion for coffee and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and techniques
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment properly
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different coffee types, roasts, brewing methods, latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends
- Indian nationality only
- No English language requirement
- Must have completed 12th grade

Salary: AED 1600 per month
