Body Repair Master

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team at our auto body shop in Shan, China. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles including bodywork, paintwork, and mechanical components.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to remove dents, straighten frames, and replace damaged parts.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working with hazardous materials such as solvents and paints.
- Communicate effectively with the customer to understand their repair needs and provide cost estimates.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in auto body repair through training and workshops.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician or Auto Collision Repair Technician.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and repair manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin (English proficiency is a plus).
