We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installers to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment on roofs or other designated areas
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and wired according to safety standards
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on installed systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance processes
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of installations
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and job progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in solar installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000/month
