Hotel Sales Manager - Shan


We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Shan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building
- Familiarity with revenue management systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month, as well as attractive bonuses based on performance.
