Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking skilled and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Riyadh. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Prepare and serve drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning up after guests, and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
