Inventory Manager


We are hiring an experienced and organized Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and implementing efficient inventory processes. You will also be responsible for managing a team of inventory clerks and ensuring that all inventory processes are accurately followed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Manage a team of inventory clerks, providing guidance and training as needed
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all inventory items
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of inventory
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and discrepancies for management review
- Identify areas for improvement in inventory processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the handling of inventory items

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective inventory control procedures
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
