Experienced Barista - Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer requests
- Maintain knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained for optimal use
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including wiping down counters, tables, and machines
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffees, teas, smoothies, and other beverages
- Ability to operate various coffee machines such as espresso machines and grinders
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Must have own valid visa or work permit for Russia

Salary:
The salary for this full-time position is 900$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
