Team Lead - Vilnius, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals, ensuring the successful completion of projects and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide necessary support and guidance
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and identify areas for growth
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Act as a mentor for team members, providing training and development opportunities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of new team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
