Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Assist with project management tasks, such as coordinating meetings and tracking progress
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Lusail
