Pastry Chef (Indian Cuisine)

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef with a specialization in Indian cuisine to join our team in Riyadh. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and designing a variety of desserts and pastries that reflect the unique flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine. Your knowledge of traditional Indian ingredients, techniques, and presentation will be essential in creating delicious and visually appealing desserts that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of Indian-inspired desserts and pastries
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all desserts
- Develop new dessert recipes while also staying true to traditional Indian flavors
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure quality and freshness
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the pastry kitchen
- Train and supervise pastry assistants on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian ingredients, flavors, techniques, and presentation
- Creativity in developing new dessert recipes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1400$ per month, based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Riyadh. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the necessary qualifications and experience. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
