Roofer Foreman



We are currently hiring for a Roofer Foreman to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Roofer Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of roofers in carrying out roofing projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Plan and schedule work according to project timelines
- Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out correctly and efficiently
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Train new team members on proper roofing techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer or roofer foreman
- Strong knowledge of different roofing systems, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary:
$1100 per week

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will not be provided but assistance can be provided in finding suitable housing. A valid work visa is required for non-Russian nationals.
