Project Manager for Construction Projects in Shan, India



We are hiring a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Shan, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure timely completion within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the construction project from planning to execution
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and timeline for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
