Project Manager

The role of Project Manager is vital to the success of our company. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead project team meetings and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management or leadership role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial principles

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Shan, Malaysia

Preferred Nationality: Malayalees or foreigners with valid work permit in Malaysia.

Note: Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position. We welcome applicants without prior experience in project management but with a strong interest in this field. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
