Concierge Coordinator


As a Concierge Coordinator in Svalbard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests of our luxury resort. Your main duties will include managing reservations, assisting with travel arrangements, and providing recommendations for local activities and events. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to anticipate the needs of our high-end clientele. Other responsibilities may include coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, and handling any guest inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a contract job with potential for permanent employment, so we are seeking candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. A salary of 1700$ will be provided along with the opportunity to work in a beautiful location surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. If you have previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles and are looking for an exciting opportunity in the tourism industry, we would love to hear from you!
