English-Speaking Babysitter in Sheduva

We are seeking a responsible and caring English-speaking babysitter to join our family in Sheduva. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care for our children and creating a safe and nurturing environment for them. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves children and has a passion for teaching and developing young minds.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children in the absence of parents
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, arts and crafts, and outdoor playtime
- Help with homework or educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents about their child's daily activities, behaviors, and any concerns
- Follow the family's rules and routines regarding discipline, screen time, etc.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (preferably native or near-native proficiency)
- Previous experience working with children (babysitting, teaching, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a salary of 1400$. Due to cultural norms, we prefer female candidates from India. Accommodation will not be provided. However, we are happy to assist in finding suitable housing options.
