Senior Architect - Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative and functional designs that meet project objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept design to construction documentation
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop design proposals and present them to clients
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and software usage

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Israel

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
