Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager at our luxurious hotel in Svalbard, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by implementing effective strategies and building strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and packages to attract new business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and regularly report on performance to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
We offer competitive salary package of 1600$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and ticket. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility in working hours.
