Hotel Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and sales? Our luxury hotel in Svalbard is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through strategic planning, networking, and building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms. You will also be responsible for managing the hotel's sales team and ensuring their success through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the current market trends. Biometric passport is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus. If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity in one of the most unique destinations in the world, apply now!
