Job Title: Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and transport materials for construction projects. This role is based in Fonvieille and offers a salary of 1800$, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and transport materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, sand, and other construction materials.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Perform routine maintenance on loaders such as checking fluid levels, greasing parts, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the worksite.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading activities.
- Maintain accurate records of material loaded and transported.

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating loaders in a construction or similar environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation.
- Experience operating different types of loaders (e.g. wheel loader, skid steer loader).
- Ability to operate other heavy equipment such as excavators or bulldozers.
